VISION SORT - can sort shank length, presence of threads, head diameters and foriegn material. The sort of these parameters is what constitutes a basic "100% sort".

 

OVERHEAD VISION SORT - can sort for cracked heads (a burst or open, not diaganal crack), excess flange, ballcaps, concentricity issues, flowering & out of round heads.  Also for broken punches or filled recess.

 

ROLL SORT - can remove foreign material like roll-offs, plating and heat treating debris, or mixed parts which don't have the same head diameter of subject part.
